OnSite Employer Testing now offers professional fingerprinting services throughout Illinois, performed under Illinois Vendor License No. 249.011575. Whether you need fingerprints for an FBI background check, a healthcare license, a school district requirement, a firearm application, or an industry-specific clearance, we make the process simple: pick a time, choose how you want to be fingerprinted, and we handle the rest.
This service is currently available exclusively in the State of Illinois. Visit our Rolling Meadows office or request mobile dispatch — all appointments must be scheduled in advance; we do not accept walk-ins.
How It Works
- Choose a category. Pick the reason you need fingerprints. If you are not sure, choose Miscellaneous and tell us what the requesting agency asked for.
- Come in or we come to you. Visit Rolling Meadows for the flat $59 fee, or request mobile service. Mobile pricing is $59 plus $49 dispatch and $2.50 per mile from our office.
- Pick a 30-minute slot and pay. Choose a date and a 30-minute appointment time. Pay on this page to hold the request. Our team confirms the appointment — this form is not a guaranteed time until we reach out.

Fingerprinting FAQs
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Fingerprinting is by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins. You can book a 30-minute slot online on this page.
Do you fingerprint outside Illinois?
Not in this phase. Bookings are Illinois only. The state field is locked to Illinois on the form and in our database.
What does the $59 cover?
The $59 base fee is the fingerprinting service itself and is the same for all 11 categories. Visiting our Rolling Meadows office is $59. Mobile service adds a $49 dispatch fee plus $2.50 per driving mile from Rolling Meadows.
Which fingerprint categories do you offer?

Do I pay online for mobile fingerprinting?
Yes, when we can quote mileage from your ZIP code. You will see the base fee, mileage, dispatch fee, and total before you pay. If we cannot geocode the ZIP or you are outside our dispatch radius, we still take the request and a coordinator will contact you.
Is this a background check result?
We capture fingerprints for the reason you select. Agency review, rap sheets, and eligibility decisions stay with the requesting agency. You must consent before we proceed.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. If your fingerprinting is for a specific licensing body or agency (for example, IDFPR, ISBE, or the Illinois State Police), bring any required paperwork, ORI number, or authorization letter provided by that agency.
