Services
Mobile TB Gold & medical titers | On-site healthcare compliance
This service covers employer-directed blood collection for occupational and institutional compliance: QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus or other IGRA workflows your medical director authorizes, antibody titers such as MMR, Hepatitis B surface antibody, Varicella, and additional immunity or exposure panels named on a legitimate requisition. It is not a substitute for your infection-control policy, employee health office sign-off, or state school-health rules—we execute the draw and chain-of-custody handoff your document describes.
Compared with two-step tuberculin skin testing, a single blood draw for an IGRA can reduce return visits and scheduling friction when your program allows that pathway—your occupational health team still decides which TB screening method meets your setting. For general workplace blood logistics tied to drug or alcohol orders, see Blood drug & alcohol testing; for field scheduling patterns, see Mobile drug testing. Feasibility follows service areas and coverage like other mobile visits.

What employers use this for
Hospital employee health departments, outpatient networks, school districts, colleges, long-term care operators, and similar employers often need repeatable blood documentation for hire, annual clearance, or exposure follow-up. On-site collection keeps clinical staff and educators on campus during narrow windows instead of scattering them to unrelated walk-in labs.
Programs vary: some orders are TB screening only; others bundle titers for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, Hepatitis B immunity, or Tdap-related documentation when the requisition requests them. We do not invent panels—your occupational health partner, medical director, or authorized lab account defines what is drawn.
QuantiFERON-TB Gold and practical scheduling
IGRA blood tests such as QuantiFERON-TB Gold are commonly used where a single laboratory visit fits operational reality better than multiple trips for skin-test placement and reading. Results interpretation and conversion algorithms belong to your employee health clinicians and TB control policies—not the collection vendor.
Prep rules, contraindications, and result routing follow the kit manufacturer’s instructions and your medical leadership. Share fasting or timing requirements during intake so donors are instructed before the team arrives.
How collections work with us
You provide the authorized requisition, donor list or appointment block, site access, and lab shipping or courier instructions. We verify identity, draw per protocol, label specimens, complete applicable custody paperwork, and release samples to the path your lab expects.
Private staging, hand-washing access, and a low-traffic room remain the employer’s responsibility; we coordinate timing with your employee health or HR lead so the queue does not collide with patient care or class changes.
Where this fits alongside drug and alcohol programs
TB and titer blood work is distinct from DOT or non-DOT drug testing matrices. If the same site also runs DOT drug testing or Non-DOT drug testing, keep orders and donor communication separate so requisitions are not confused at the chair.
Common questions
- Do you supply QuantiFERON-TB Gold tubes or kits, or does our lab?
Kit sourcing follows your occupational health or laboratory account—some employers ship materials to the site; others expect the collector to arrive kit-ready. State what your file requires in the quote request so intake matches reality.
- Can you draw MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers in one visit?
Often yes when a single requisition orders those analytes and tube requirements are compatible. Volume limits, add-on tests, and lab split rules still apply—confirm the panel with your occupational health department before promising employees a one-stick experience.
- Are school-district and college health programs supported?
When policy and authorized orders support on-site phlebotomy and your address falls within regions we can staff, yes. Review service areas and locations for geographic context; large cohorts may need batched windows.
- Is this the same service as workplace drug testing blood panels?
No. This page is for occupational health and immunity documentation tied to clinical requisitions. Drug- or alcohol-specific blood panels belong under Blood drug & alcohol testing with the correct compliance framing.
- Who interprets TB or titer results?
Licensed clinicians, employee health, or designated medical reviewers on your side—not the mobile collection team. We focus on qualified draws and defensible specimen handling.
