For a hiring event expecting 50 candidates over 4 hours, two collectors are typically sufficient. We recommend additional collectors for events over 100 candidates or tight time windows.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend booking at least 5 to 7 business days before your event. For large events over 100 candidates 2 weeks notice is preferred. We can accommodate last minute requests depending on availability.
Do you travel to our event location?
Yes. We serve hiring events nationwide through our certified collector network. Most major metro areas can be covered with 48 hours notice.
What if a candidate tests non-negative on an instant screen?
Non-negative instant results can be confirmed through laboratory analysis. We handle the specimen and chain of custody for confirmation testing. Confirmation results typically available within 24 to 48 hours.
Can you test for alcohol at our hiring event?
Yes. Our certified Breath Alcohol Technicians can conduct breath alcohol testing on site using DOT approved equipment.
Do you provide documentation and chain of custody?
Yes. All collections include proper documentation. For non-DOT hiring events we provide collection records. For DOT regulated positions we use federal chain of custody forms.
Can you accommodate both day and evening hiring events?
