Field & contract roles
Work with us
This page is intentionally simple. We coordinate employer drug and alcohol testing in the field; when we need additional help, we look for people who already understand regulated collections, custody, and calm donor communication.
There may be long stretches without openings. When we do reach out, it is usually for defined assignments or windows—sometimes local, sometimes regional, and occasionally with travel. When travel is required and pre-approved, reasonable expenses may be reimbursed according to the written terms of that assignment.
Candidates being considered for engagement may be asked to complete a background check and drug screen consistent with the role and client expectations. You must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license where driving is part of the assignment, and you must meet any minimum age requirements for the work involved (often 21+ for alcohol-related or certain regulated tasks—details depend on the specific role and jurisdiction).
How we engage people
We are not running a large corporate careers portal. Engagements are assignment-driven, expectations are spelled out in writing when there is a match, and many contributors already operate their own small collection businesses or pick up contract field work alongside other professional commitments.
Roles we may need
- BAT Technician — breath alcohol testing where your credentials and program rules align with the visit.
- DOT Collector — Part 40–style urine, oral fluid (when authorized), and related custody paperwork under clear orders from the employer or TPA.
- Phlebotomy / Specimen Collection Support — venous draws or specimen handling when the requisition and site conditions match what we coordinate for employers.
Listing a role here is not a guarantee of an opening or a particular rate—it only describes the types of skills we sometimes need to supplement our core team.
Basic requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver's license when the assignment involves driving on behalf of the work.
- Reliable communication, professional conduct on employer sites, and willingness to follow chain-of-custody and program instructions exactly.
- Successful completion of any role-specific credential, background, or screening steps we mutually agree to before you represent OnSite Employer Testing on a client visit.
Express interest
Submitting this form does not create an employment contract. We review submissions as needs arise and reply only when there is a potential match.
