Employer services
Occupational health & workforce screening
This hub groups services employers often schedule alongside drug and alcohol programs but does not replace your infection-control policies, employee health sign-off, or vendor-defined wellness rules. We focus on convenient workplace collection support when your authorized requisition, kit instructions, and geography make mobile phlebotomy the right operational fit.
For DOT and non-DOT substance testing, stay under employer drug & alcohol services—those workflows use different orders, custody, and compliance framing than occupational health blood work.
TB testing
- New hire and annual occupational health clearance
- Healthcare, education, and institutional workforce screening where policy allows blood-based TB screening
- TB Gold / TB blood test (IGRA)
- Single-visit blood collection for IGRA workflows such as QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus when your employee health program or authorized lab account defines that pathway—your clinicians and policies still choose the method and interpret results.
Titers & immunity testing
- Immunity documentation for onboarding and contractor or jobsite access requirements
- Workforce screening aligned to occupational health or school-health partners—not ad hoc retail lab menus
- MMR titers
- Antibody documentation when your requisition orders measles, mumps, and rubella immunity markers for hire, clearance, or program compliance.
- Varicella titers
- Chickenpox (varicella-zoster) immunity checks when your occupational health file or institutional policy requires documented serology.
- Hepatitis titers
- Examples include Hepatitis B surface antibody or other Hepatitis markers named on a legitimate order—panels follow your medical director or vendor, not a generic list we invent at the chair.
Labwork & wellness panels
- Employer wellness and population-health programs with vendor-defined chemistry or metabolic screens
- Occupational health requisitions that specify common blood-count or chemistry surveillance where clinically appropriate
- CBC (complete blood count)
- When your wellness partner, occupational health clinic, or lab requisition lists a CBC for the cohort you are screening—we draw and handle specimens to that document.
- CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel)
- Broad chemistry screens ordered for eligible employees under your program rules; tube requirements and fasting instructions come from the requisition, not from assumptions on our side.
- HbA1c / A1C
- Glycemic screening where your benefits or wellness design authorizes A1C for the population and consent model you operate—interpretation stays with ordering clinicians.
Biometric & wellness screenings
- HR-led wellness days, incentive programs, and staged employer screening windows
- Reducing off-site absences while keeping collections aligned to your vendor kit and chain-of-custody expectations
- Biometric & wellness screening overview
- Operational phlebotomy support for employer-sponsored biometric programs—lipids, glucose, broader metabolic add-ons, and other vendor-defined components when named on the order. See the dedicated service page for scope, consent, and logistics.
We provide qualified workplace collection and specimen-handling support aligned to authorized requisitions. Panels, tube types, fasting rules, medical review, and regulatory interpretation remain with your occupational health partners, clinicians, TPAs, and counsel.
